The Bouwman Groep, located at Fahrenheitstraat 18, (3846 Harderwijk), is an internationally operating company in the field of refrigeration and freezer furniture and installations.

5. What kind of personal data do we use and for what prupose?

Our customers are (mainly) business customers. Bouwman Groep processes personal data that you have provided to Bouwman Groep yourself or personal data that Bouwman Groep may have obtained from other sources, such as Social Media platforms and public registers. We only collect personal data that is strictly necessary or to improve the service to you.

Bouwman Groep processes the following personal data for the following purposes:

  • if you request a quote and select products for rental and/or actually place the order, we will process your name, e-mail address, (delivery) address and payment details. We need this information to be able to prepare your offer;
  • if you have given permission for the placement of cookies, we will process your IP address, data about your use of the Website so that we can personalize the Website and recommend products that you may find interesting;
  • creating user statistics for the Bouwman Groep website.
6. On what basis is the use of personal data based?
